新九针结合杨天鹏理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Xinjiu Acupuncture combined with Yang Tian-peng manipulation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng reasoning tendon manipulation in the treatment of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis.Methods:120patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xinjiu acupuncture and intermediate frequency pulse therapy,and the observa-tion group was treated with Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng's manipulation of tendons.Clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS),Yasuhisa Tanaka scale and cervical range of motion were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 91.67％in the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.33％in the control group.VAS scores and Yasuhisa Tanaka scale scores after treatment were better than those before treatment,and cervical motion was significantly improved.The scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical radiculopathy with Xinjiu acupuncture combined with Yang Tianpeng manipulation has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can relieve pain,improve cervical motion and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
