Structural identification of related substances of Famotidine by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS

Abstract
Objective To identify the related substances of Famotidine.Methods According to Xcalibar and Mass Frontier software,the related substances of Famotidine were detected by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS).Results Three related substances were identified by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS.Conclusion The established UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS method is effective for the identification of the related substances of Famotidine,which is of great useful for its optimization of production process and quality control.关键词
