摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of volatile components in Huoxue Zhitong Ointment.Methods Headspace sampling-gas chromatography-electrostatic field orbital well mass spectrometry was used for analysis.The back film was removed,acetonitrile was used as solvent,and the sample was injected into headspace,TG-5SILMS column with high purity helium as carrier gas,programmed temperature,constant pressure mode,electron bombardment source(EI),and total scanning monitoring mode.Results Twelve main components of Huoxue Zhitong Ointment were identified,and six main active components including camphor,isoborneol,borneol,menthol,methyl salicylate and eugenol were quantitatively determined.Conclusion The methods can improve the quality control level of Huoxue Zhitong Ointment,which are easy to operate.关键词
