作用于肺癌多药耐药的中药单体化合物研究进展
Research progress on Chinese materia medica monomers acting on multidrug resistance in lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine plays an active role in reversing drug resistance of lung cancer,and monomer compounds extracted from traditional Chinese medicine often have a good role.In order to review the research progress on TCM monomer compounds acting on multidrug resistance in lung cancer,TCM monomer,lung cancer and drug resistance were used as keywords to search the related literature in the databases of PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang,etc.The relevant TCM monomer compounds,such as alkaloids,terpenoids,flavonoids,saponins and other compounds were summarized.The effects and mechanisms of these compounds in reversing lung cancer drug resistance were reviewed.It will provide reference and new ideas for the further research of these compounds.关键词
