大黄酸衍生物药理作用研究进展
Research progress on pharmacological effects of rhein derivatives
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,in order to improve the bioavailability and biological activity of rhein,researchers have modified its structure to obtain many rhein derivatives such as quaternary ammonium salts,quaternary phosphorus salts,methylation,glycosides,metal complexes,etc.In this review,the structural modification sites of rhein are taken as the main line,and the activities of anti-mosquito,free radical scavenging,anti-tuberculosis,anti-osteoporosis,anti-cholestatic liver fibrosis,anti-inflammatory,anti-stress and diabetic hypogonadism,anti-Alzheimer's disease,anti-leukemia have been reviewed.This review provides a reference for the study of structure-activity relationship of rhein and the development of rhein drugs.关键词
