基于形气神一体观构建冠心病的病机理论体系
Constructing Pathogenesis Theoretical System of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Holism of Body,Qi and Spirit
摘要
Abstract
The holism of body,qi and spirit are a significant part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.Body,qi and spirit are significant for human life activity,and are closely connected with the occurrence and progress of coronary heart disease(CHD).In the paper the close relationships among body,qi and spirit were discussed.The relationships of CHD with body,qi,and spirit,and the disease mechanism of CHD were discussed from the perspective of the holism of body,qi and spirit.It is held that the change of the body in CHD is mainly deficiency of heart blood,with phlegm and static blood as the major pathological factors,change of qi includes qi deficiency,yang deficiency and qi stagnation,and change of spirit mainly includes dysfunction of mental activities due to malnutrition of spirit,that is,disorder of spirit caused by of spirit of narrow sense failing to regulate psychological activities such as emotion,recognition and thought.关键词
