Construction Thoughts of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Index Database

Abstract
Clinical efficacy is the cornerstone and for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and scientific and reasonable indexes are the premise and guarantee for efficacy evaluation.At present,the selection of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation indexes is heterogeneous and subjective,without scientific and unified index selection criteria.It is necessary and applicable to construct a TCM clinical efficacy evaluation index database to provide a convenient way to select standardized and practical clinical efficacy indexes,and to improve the scientificity of researchers'selection of efficacy evaluation indexes.Through bibliometrics,dominant diseases in TCM were selected,through literature investigation method combined with cross-sectional investigation,indexes were extracted,the standardized expression of index terms,the selection of index measurement tools,judgment criteria,and selection of measurement time points were completed,and through Delphi method,the screening and sequential setting of indexes were conducted.Besides,combined with relevant guidelines and consensus,the indexes were gradually standardized,which can provide thoughts for the construction of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation index database.关键词
