从虚瘀毒辨治脓毒症急性肾损伤
Differentiation and Treatment of Sepsis Associated Acute Kidney Injury Based on Deficiency,Stasis and Toxin
摘要
Abstract
Sepsis associated acute kidney is mainly located in the kidney,involving the heart,lung,liver,spleen,urinary bladder,triple energizer and other viscera,with the deficiency of viscera and intermingled stasis and toxin as the primary disease mechanism in which the deficiency,stasis and toxin often transform into each other.Hereby,the therapeutic principles of tonifying deficiency,removing stasis and detoxifying is established.In clinic,Yantiao formula(花调方)is often applied with modification to achieve good effect.There is one proved case in this paper.关键词
