摘要

Abstract

The noise value is an important technical parameter for aluminum electrolysis,which can directly reflect the corresponding state of the electrolytic cell and is of great significance for the entire work.This article introduces the criteria for determining the noise value of an electrolytic cell,and finds out that the noise value generated during the operation of the electrolytic cell is not necessarily the smaller the better.The noise value of the electrolytic cell should be controlled appropriately.In the later management process,by analyzing the causes and hazards of excessive noise value in aluminum electrolysis production,and taking effective measures to prevent and control it,the comprehensive benefits of the electrolytic cell can be maximized,Beneficial for the long-term stable and efficient operation of the electrolytic cell.
