基于协同理论的药学研究生实践教学模式探究
Research on synergy theory-based teaching mode of practice course for pharmacy postgraduates
摘要
Abstract
As the main positions of innovative talents cultivation,postgraduate education has put forward higher requirements on teaching quality.High-quality education resources are crucial for postgraduate education.Taking the course of"Research and Devel-opment Frontiers in Major Diseases Oriented Advanced Pharmaceutical Preparations"(also a construction course of high-quality post-graduate education resources in Nanjing Medical University)as an example,this paper focuses on the construction of"Golden practice course"for postgraduate students of pharmacy,discusses the role of synergetic education model of industry-university-research-medi-cal science in the talent cultivation and course construction of pharmacy,and then explores new ideas to improve the quality of post-graduate cultivation and cultivate top-notch innovative pharmaceutical talents.关键词
