为了保证道路通畅和施工质量安全,提高道路通行安全与效率,乃至提高整体工程施工效率,以调研的北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程项目资料的数据为基础,从道路、交通、管控、环境4个方面分析了基坑出入口通行能力影响因素,划分了道路因素、交通状况、交通管控措施、环境条件4个影响因素一级指标,并将其延伸为出入口衔接道路宽度等16个影响因素二级指标,为制定合理的交通管制措施,提高基坑出入口道路的安全性提供了一种新的研究思路.

In order to ensure smooth road traffic and construction quality and safety,improve road traffic safety and efficiency,and even improve the overall construction efficiency,the data of the comprehensive transportation hub project of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Station is taken as an example.The factors affecting the traffic capacity of the entrance and exit of the foundation pit are analyzed from four aspects of road,traffic,control & man-agement and environment.The first level indicators of four influencing factors of road,traffic,control & manage-ment measures and environmental conditions are extended to 16 second level indicators of influencing factors such as the width of the road connecting the entrance and exit.This proposes a new research approach to develop reason-able traffic control measures and improve the safety of the road at entrance and exit of the foundation pits.
