内毒病之证候学特征探讨
Analysis on the characteristics of syndromes of endogenous toxin
摘要
Abstract
In ancient and modern times,the etiology,pathological mechanism and principle-method-formula-medicinal of toxin are widely discussed,but the characteristics of syndromes are few,which is the weak link in the theory of toxin.Based on the core pathological mechanism of"endogenous toxin accumulation-damage",this article explores the clinical external manifestation of tangible and intangible,local and systemic endogenous toxin.It also summarizes the characteristics of syndromes of endogenous toxin,such as the nature of foul turbidity,the widespread location of disease,many epiphytic and accompanying syndromes,stubbornness and refractoriness.In addition,this article explains the connotation and clinical significance of endogenous toxin,in order to enrich and improve the diagnosis and treatment system of endogenous toxin and standardize syndrome differentiation.关键词
