基于"温肾化气、泄浊活血"探讨慢性肾衰竭的辨治

摘要
Abstract
Chronic renal failure(CRF)is a pathological state caused by partial or even total loss of renal function in the late stage of the development of various renal diseases,and it presents the pathological characteristics of"loss of qi in the kidneys,turbidity and toxicity within the kidneys,and blood stasis and blood circulation obstruction"in the process of disease occurrence and development.Based on the academic viewpoint of"warming the kidney and transforming qi to treat kidney disease"and the clinical research results in recent years,the author's team proposes the treatment of chronic renal failure from the concept of"warming the kidney and transforming qi,draining turbid and activating blood".The article focuses on the theoretical study of the method of warming the kidneys and transforming qi,elaborates on the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure under the loss of qi and transformation of the kidneys,and argues that the method of warming the kidneys and transforming qi is the general rule of treating this disease,and that"draining the turbid and detoxifying the toxin and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis"is the key to dispelling the evils.The treatment of chronic renal failure by"warming the kidneys and transforming qi,draining turbidity and activating blood stasis"can yield good results.Two experimental cases are cited in order to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas with high reference value.关键词
