平原丘陵地区城市内涝成因分析及应对措施
Causes and Countermeasures of Urban Waterlogging in Plain and Hilly Areas
摘要
Abstract
In order to cope with the increasingly serious urban waterlogging problem in plain and hilly areas,this paper analyzes the causes of urban waterlogging in plain and hilly areas from the aspects of climate,topography,urbanization,drainage network and management system on the basis of sorting out the relevant literature on waterlogging in plain and hilly areas in recent years;and proposes corresponding counter-measures from the aspects of runoff control,drainage management,emergency warning and planning management.Finally,it is realized that urban waterlogging control in plain and hilly areas is a long-term process,and the synergy of engineering measures and non-engineering measures should be fully utilized,which can provide a reference for urban waterlogging control in plain and hilly areas.关键词
