Abstract
To ensure the manufacturing quality and construction period of the steel bifurcation pipe under 1200 m extra-high head,the build-ers of the Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station have carried out a series of innovation and control measures.Through investigating and determining the overall manufacturing and transportation plan of the steel bifurcation pipe to the construction site in advance and control-ling the processes of steel plate cutting,marking,rolling,assembly and welding,the external dimensions and internal quality of the steel bi-furcated pipe are guaranteed.The water pressure test results show that on the basis of the first successful water pressure test,the pressure value of the second test is increased to further reduce the residual stress of the welded steel bifurcation pipe,setting a record of 10 MPa for the water pressure test of steel bifurcation pipe in China.It can provide reference for similar projects.关键词
