摘要

Abstract

In order to simplify the overall structure and volume of multiband reflector antennas,a structurally simple tri-band feed is designed by means of the single cavity form instead of complex coaxial nested or filled media methods,so as to simplify the design and processing of the entire feed.In order to achieve good isolation in the two similar low-frequency bands of Ku/Ka,two low-pass third-order filters are designed separately.The design and optimization analysis of Ku/Ka/W tri-band single feed reflector antenna are conducted by means of ANSYS HFSS electromagnetic simulation software.In actual measurement,the S parameters of the three ports of the feed are measured by means of the vector network analyzer,and the gain of the feed and reflector antenna system is measured in a darkroom.The simulation design and actual measurement results of the antenna show that in the three commonly used frequency bands of Ku/Ka/W,namely 14.5~15.5 GHz,34.5~35.5 GHz,and 93~95 GHz frequency range,the voltage standing wave ratio of the antenna is less than 1.3,and the isolation degree of each port is better than 40 dB.The antenna gains at the three representative center frequency points of 14.5 GHz,35 GHz,and 94 GHz are 30.5 dBi,34.6 dBi,and 39.7 dBi,respectively.The cross polarization is better than-23.9 dB,and the sidelobe level is better than 21.6 dB.The designed reflector antenna can realize the Ku/Ka/W tri-band characteristics with a frequency span close to 6.5∶1.
