影像危急值闭环管理系统的研发与应用
Development and Application of Closed-Loop Management System for Image Critical Value
摘要
Abstract
Objective To address issues such as non-standard records,incomplete registration content,difficulty in statistics and tracking,and challenging supervision of paper-based critical value report books,to design a closed-loop management system for critical values in the imaging center.Methods The closed-loop management system of critical value in the imaging center was developed by using Java as the back end and Visual C#as the front end.The system was called by exe for reference under the C/S in the image workstation system,and by URL Protocol+exe for reference under the B/S in the nurse and doctor station system.A total of 200 critical values were selected randomly as the control group when the system was just launched(from January to March 2021),and 200 critical values were selected randomly as the experimental group when clinical personnel had good compliance with the system(from January to March 2022),which were used to verify the application effect of the system.Results In the experimental group,the time taken for doctors to receive notifications,the time taken for radiologists to provide feedback confirmation and reporting and overall time taken for critical value reporting were significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Furthermore,it was possible to conduct statistical analysis on imaging-related critical value data.Conclusion The application of the system has standardized the critical value reporting process,achieved a closed-loop and paperless reporting process,and completed whole-process tracking,monitoring,and management of critical value information.It makes the reporting of critical value clear at a glance,once the adverse event occurs,it can be tracked and managed through the system,making it worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
