Abstract

This paper explores whether reservoir sediment can replace cement in the preparation of permeable concrete.It studied the mix design and performance evaluation of permeable concrete in reservoir sediment through ultrasonic testing combined with orthogonal experimental methods.Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of the dosage of reservoir sediment,slag powder,and reinforcing agent on the performance of concrete were obtained,and the optimal mix ratio was ultimately determined.The ultrasonic wave velocity detection method is used to evaluate the dry density,total porosity,effective porosity,permeability coefficient,and compressive strength of concrete,revealing the correlation between these performance indicators.The research results indicate that ultrasonic wave velocity is a non-destructive and effective detection method,closely related to the performance of concrete.The final optimal ratio is 30%for reservoir sediment,15%for slag powder,and 2.5%for reinforcing agent.This ratio can achieve maximum utilization of reservoir sediment while meeting the performance requirements of permeable concrete.Therefore,the study demonstrates the technical and economic feasibility of replacing cement with reservoir sediment,providing useful information for the development of sustainable concrete materials.
