摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of facial palsy is uncommon in cases of lateral medullary infarctions.The authors reported a case of lateral medullary infarction presented with Avellis syndrome,in addition to bulbar paralysis and contralateral hypoesthesia,the patient also exhibited the ipsilateral central facial palsy,which is highly uncommon among patients with medullary infarction.By reporting the special clinical manifestation of the patient and reviewing the literature,this paper aimed to explore the anatomical basis of the unique clinical manifestation.关键词
