Research Process on Milk Fat Depression in Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
Bovine milk is of great nutritional values,containing abundant unsaturated fatty acids such as palmitic acid and linoleic acid.Its components,to some extent,affect its quality and taste,and even have crucial impacts on its profit.Milk fat depression,also known as low milk fat syndrome,is one of the severest challenges in dairy production.As a result,this article reviews the current situation of milk fat depression,the research process of milk fat synthesis,and the key factors as well.In this article,we summarize the promising measures to alleviate this issue,aiming to provide reference and guidance for enhancing milk quality and production.关键词
