摘要
Abstract
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in oocyte development and embryonic development.At present,the specific mechanism of lncRNA on oocyte maturation and embryonic development is not clear,and there are few related studies.This paper summarizes the latest research progress on the mechanism of lncRNA regulation of oocyte maturation and embryonic development.This paper focuses on the regulatory role of lncRNA in hormone secretion,cumulus granulosa cell,oocyte maturation and zygotic genome activation.In order to provides new enlightenment for further study of lncRNA.关键词
