前列腺导管内癌对高危前列腺癌新辅助治疗效果的影响
Effect of presence of intraductal carcinoma of prostate in men with high-risk prostate cancer receiving neoadjuvant therapy

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of presence of intraductal prostate cancer(IDC-P)to locally high-risk prostate cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy.Methods A retrospective study of 80 patients diagnosed as prostate cancer from Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital was conducted to evaluate the association of the presence of IDC-P on biopsy pathology with favorable pathologic objective response after receiving six-month neoadjuvant therapy.Results Patients with IDC-P were associated with higher ISUP(P=0.037),clinical T stage(P=0.036),and nerve invasion(P=0.041).Univariate analysis showed that patients with IDC-P were less likely to appear favorable pathologic response(OR=8.022,95％CI:1.550-41.515,P=0.013).Conclusions Patients with IDC-P were less sensitive to neoadjuvant therapy.关键词
