Research advancements in the tumor microenvironment of colorectal cancer with regards to CD8+T cells
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is steadily increasing worldwide and has now emerged as the most prevalent gastrointestinal malignancy globally.CD8+T cells play a pivotal role in tumor immunity against CRC and serve as the primary target for immunotherapy,thereby exerting a significant impact on treatment outcomes and patient prognosis.However,due to the inhibitory effects imposed by various cellular components,cytokines,and metabolites within the tumor microenvironment,CD8+T cells often experience functional inactivation.Therefore,comprehending the intricate interactions between CD8+T cells and the colorectal tumor microenvironment is imperative for devising more efficacious therapeutic strategies.This review paper provides an overview of recent advancements in this field.关键词
