特应性皮炎患儿父母知信行现状及影响因素分析
Analysis on current status of knowledge,attitude and practice among parents of children with atopic dermatitis and their influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate current status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)among par-ents of 0-12 years-old children with initial diagnosis of atopic dermatitis and to analyze their influencing factors,providing references for medical staff to establish targeted interventions.Methods By using convenience sam-pling method,195 parents of 0-12 years-old children with AD as preliminary diagnosis were investigated by u-sing general data and knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaires for atopic dermatitis in department of allergy of a hospital in Wuhan since April to December 2022,while their KAP status and influencing factors were ana-lyzed.Results The average score of knowledge dimension of questionnaire was 13.73±2.06 points,whose qualified rate was 86.67％.The average score of attitude dimension was 29.15±2.11 points,while qualified rate was 58.30％.The average score of practice dimension was 29.72±3.97 points as well as qualified rate was 59.44％.Results of multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that relationship between interviewees and children,educational level,AD history of parents and time point that they were aware of knowledge of AD ini-tially were influencing factors of knowledge dimension of parents of children with AD(P＜0.05).Meanwhile monthly income was influencing factor of belief dimension(P＜0.05).Conclusion Among three dimen-sions,level of knowledge dimension of parents is relatively higher and levels of attitude and practice should be improved.Medical staff should help parents of children with AD to establish positive health belief,organize ef-fective health education course,take targeted intervention measures and monitor of changes of illness status,which should be of help to reduce recurrence and promote long-term control of AD.关键词
