摘要

Abstract

Great progress in the field of mass spectrometry imaging technique has been made in recent years.Application of mass spectrometry imaging technique in allergic diseases have been reported by some re-search teams.Mass spectrometry imaging technology had been used to analyze information of molecular distribu-tion in allergic diseases caused by food and contactant for obtaining characteristic molecules in allergens.In ad-dition,mass spectrometry imaging technique had also been used to investigate spatial distribution characteristics of small molecules such as allergens and their metabolites in allergic diseases.Progress on application of mass spectrometry imaging technique in clinical proteomics,IgE antibodies and mast cells,food allergy,atopic der-matitis and allergic asthma were reviewed in this article.
