摘要
Abstract
Being one of areas having most developed economy,high population density and degree of urbanization,the Taihu Basin has been under the threat of flood and waterlogging disasters.Over the past twenty years,the basin has experienced a rapid development of economy and society.Due to the drastic changes in the underlying surface,it has led to a big rise of water level in the regional river network.Coupled with changes in surrounding water conditions and frequent extreme weather events,the basin has been encountered with increasing risks and challenges for flood control.Based on systematic analysis of current status and situation faced by flood control system,an idea of building high-quality and modern flood disaster prevention and reduction system is proposed under new circumstances,in order to safeguard and support high-quality socio-economy development of the basin.关键词
