Research Progress on the Construction of Whole Industry Chain Breeding System
摘要
Abstract
China was the world's largest country in pig production and pork consumption.Pig industry was the pillar industry of livestock industry in China.Excellent breeds were an important foundation to ensure the healthy development of pig industry,and it was the key to enhance the core competitiveness of pig industry.Although after decades of development,China's pig breeding industry had continued to improve its independent innovation capabilities,its ability to supply improved seeds and the development of the pig industry had been strengthened.However,there was still a gap between the performance level of China's breeding pigs and the international advanced level.It was still necessary to support the development of specialized breeding and joint breeding,build an innovation system that was market-oriented,enterprises as the main body,and deeply integrated with industry,academia and research,and gradually establish a new breeding system based on the whole industrial chain,to build a more efficient breeding system of pig breeding.However,there were few reports on how to build the breeding system of the whole industry chain and the theoretical basis of the system.Therefore,this paper mainly described the development history of the breeding system,the theoretical basis and research progress of the whole in-dustrial chain breeding system,and provided certain reference for the development of the pig breeding industry.关键词
