中国葡萄酒产业研究的可视化知识图谱分析
Analysis of research on China's wine industry based on visual knowledge map
摘要
Abstract
Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,376 literatures published from 1998 to 2022 with"wine industry"as the core word in the title are used as the research objects and the CiteSpace visual literature analysis software is adopted as a tool.The corresponding knowledge map is obtained by analyzing the aspects of the annual publication volume,researchers,research institutions,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword change timeline,frontier research topics change and development.The domestic research frontiers,hot spots and development trends of the wine industry are systematically sorted out.The study shows that the current research on the wine industry is in a period of steady growth,and that the hot points that most scholars care about include industrial development,industrial clusters,industrial chains,industrial integration,current situation,problems,countermeasures,competitiveness,Ningxia,Bordeaux,ice wine,etc..Future researchers should strengthen regional cooperation and cross-border cooperation research,actively promote the research on the digital transformation and development of the wine industry,and vigorously develop the"wine+"industry integration research.关键词
