A review of the study on Somali writer Nuruddin Farah
摘要
Abstract
Nuruddin Farah is an outstanding representative writer of contemporary Somali literature and also an African writer who has a certain influence in the world today.In his works,he has made many disclosures about the social and political situation in Somalia.Farah's works are rich in subject,diverse in themes and varied in technique,which have attracted the attention of foreign researchers since the late 1970s.The academic community mainly focuses on exploring the political and historical themes of Farah's works in the early years.Since the entry into the 21st century,scholars have had a broader and more diverse perspective,and various theories and methods have been used in Farah's study.Compared with the translation and study abroad on Farah,the domestic study started relatively late.关键词
