Abstract
Optimizing the legalized business environments can guide the rapid and healthy development of the social economy,which is an inherent requirement for good governance at the grassroots level.This thesis explores the paths of optimizing locally-legalized business environments:updating concepts and leveraging the leading role of indicator systems;legislating scientifically and perfecting a sound business environment system;transforming functions and promoting the reform of the administrative law enforcement system;diversifying resolutions of disputes and strengthening the protection of market subject rights and interests;taking actions by all members and forming a social trend of respecting the law.关键词
