儿童发展评价工具助力教师有效评价的经验及启示
Experience and inspiration of using child development assessment tools to assist teachers in effective assessment
摘要
Abstract
Preschool Childhood Observation Record(COR Advantage),Teaching Strategies Assessment System(GOLD®)and Desired Result Developmental Profile(DRDP),as typical early childhood assessment tools,focus on the process of child development and early childhood education quality improvement,emphasizing the"complete child"and the"de-aging"of development,and adhering to the teacher's-leading assessment based on observation,embedded curriculum,and technical support,which enjoys the developmental suitability and high reliability and validity.This provides inspiration for Chinese teachers to improve the effectiveness of child assessment:accelerating the development of localized assessment tools to strengthen the support of technology for assessment work;providing targeted and continuous training to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of assessments;inviting parents to participate in assessment to show the comprehensive development pattern of children;reasonably viewing the role of child development assessment and to make reasonable use of child development data.关键词
