摘要

Abstract

Craftsman talents possess outstanding production techniques,skills,and creative abilities,and are the backbone of transforming technological innovation achievements into practical productivity and promoting the continuous development of technology.Based on the historical responsibility of developing new quality productivie forces and cultivating vocational education talents,this paper explores the goal positioning of cultivating craftsman talents in five-year vocational colleges.From the perspectives of conceptual cognition,practical mode,resource integration,and institutional construction,it analyzes the urgent problems that need to be solved in the cultivation of craftsman talents,and provides optimization paths from the implementation of goals,connotation construction,resource integration,and institutional system,in order to cultivate more high-quality craftsman talents for various industries in five-year vocational colleges.
