Abstract
Cold cathode trigger tube is a key device in electronic fuze systems,which is characterized by high switching current,wide voltage range,wide temperature range,high reliability,and strong anti-interference abili-ty.In response to the needs of miniaturization,integration,low cost,and high reliability development of electronic fuze systems,researches on miniaturized cold cathode trigger tubes are carried out.Through simulation,the static electric field distribution is obtained,and a sample tube is designed and fabricated.The electrical parameters and reliability performance of the sample tube are tested,and the results show that the working voltage range is 1.2~1.8 kV.The sample tube can pass reliability tests such as working life,vibration,high-temperature operation,high-temperature storage,low-temperature operation,low-temperature storage,and impact.The main parameters of the tube basically meet the requirements of modern electronic fuze systems.关键词
