Abstract
Aiming at the RF leakage of a C-band grid-controlled multi-beam klystron radar transmitter without excitation signal,the causes of the problem are studied and analyzed.An improved method is pro-posed to suppress self-excited oscillation of multi-beam klystron and reduce microwave leakage.A techni-cal scheme to optimize the timing of modulation pulse and excitation signal is also proposed,and the rele-vant hardware is developed.The test results of the improved radar transmitter show that the RF leakage can be effectively suppressed,and the adverse effect of RF leakage on the radar can be effectively reduced.The improved method and the results have reference significance for similar radar transmitters.关键词
