Abstract
Taking the hairpin service of Quanzhou Xunpu Folk Culture Village as the research object,it explores the research on the optimal method of service design for the hairpin process of Quanzhou Xunpu Folk Culture Village.In-depth study of the background of the Hairy Pu Folk Culture Village and the living customs of Hairy Pu women,as well as the surge in passenger flow brought about by the rapid growth of tourism in Quanzhou City,the use of the ideas and methods of service design,consumer demand-oriented,through the application of Quality Function Deployment(QFD)theory and Network Hierarchical Analysis(ANP),to explore the optimal method of hairpin service process to perfect the hairpin service system to improve the overall service experience user satisfaction.overall service experience user satisfaction.It references the tourism and service design of similar folk culture villages.关键词
