用户需求驱动下茂名景区公共厕所设计研究
Research on Public Restroom Design in Maoming Scenic Spot Driven by User Demand
摘要
Abstract
This study selected passengers from Guangdong Maoming scenic spot for user interview,preliminarily determined 25 needs of users in Maoming scenic spot in the process of using public toilets,and classified their attributes through KANO questionnaire feedback,and introduced hierarchical analysis method(AHP)to build a hierarchical analysis model and calculate the weight of each user's needs.Finally,the rationality and feasibility between the existing scheme and the design scheme are evaluated by approaching the ideal solution sorting method(TOPSIS).The results show that KANO-AHP-TOPSIS is applied in the design of public toilets in Maoming scenic spot,which helps to better obtain the needs of key users and make the design decision of optimal plan,and greatly improve user satisfaction.This research path can provide a reference idea for the design of public toilets in the same type of scenic spots.关键词
