High-quality Development of Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges:Current Situation,Element Framework and Paths Selection

Abstract
The high-quality construction of industrial colleges is not only an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality workers and technical talents but also a natural integration of vocational education and industry.Industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges are organizations that are jointly established by provinces and ministries to empower,root in regional industrial characteristics,and optimize the governance structure of school-enterprise cooperation.The internal adaptability of industrial college construction is the intrinsic basis and guarantee for high-quality development,while the external adaptability is the external manifestation and standard for examination of high-quality development.It is essential to effectively connect the internal adaptability standards with the external adaptability standards,thus constructing the element framework for the high-quality development of industrial colleges in vocational colleges.The government should provide strong support for the construction of industrial colleges,colleges should carry out practical exploration of the operation of industrial colleges,industries should guide the development of industrial colleges,and enterprises should participate in the modern symbiotic governance of industrial colleges,continuously improving the level and quality of talent training.关键词
