共生理论视角下市域产教联合体的建设模式、现实挑战与推进策略
Construction Models,Realistic Challenges and Promotion Strategies of Municipal Industry-education Consortia from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

Abstract
Municipal industry-education consortium is a major initiative to promote the construction of modern vocational education system and the high-quality development of economy.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,municipal industry-education consortium includes local governments,industrial enterprises,vocational colleges and universities and other major symbiosis units;there are various types of construction modes of municipal industry-education consortium,and symmetrical and reciprocal symbiosis and integrated symbiosis are the most ideal modes;and the symbiosis environment provides basic conditions for the construction of municipal industry-education consortium.In the actual construction process,municipal industry-education consortiums face challenges such as poor collaboration of symbiotic units,insufficiently ideal symbiotic modes,and weak construction of symbiotic environments,etc.It is recommended to promote the construction of municipal industry-education consortiums in a coordinated way by utilizing the guiding power of multiple subjects,improving the quality of collaboration among subjects,and enhancing social recognition and support.关键词
