共生理论视角下市域产教联合体的建设模式、现实挑战与推进策略OA北大核心
Construction Models,Realistic Challenges and Promotion Strategies of Municipal Industry-education Consortia from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory
市域产教联合体是推动现代职业教育体系建设和促进经济高质量发展的重大举措.基于共生理论视角,市域产教联合体包括地方政府、行业企业、职业院校等主要共生单元;市域产教联合体的建设模式存在多种类型,对称性互惠共生和一体化共生是最理想的模式;共生环境为市域产教联合体建设提供了基础条件.但在实际建设过程中,市域产教联合体面临着共生单元协作不畅、共生模式不够理想、共生环境建设薄弱等挑战,应通过发挥多主体引导力量、提高各主体协作质量、提升社会认同和支持等举措统筹推进市域产教联合体建设.
Municipal industry-education consortium is a major initiative to promote the construction of modern vocational education system and the high-quality development of economy.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,municipal industry-education consortium includes local governments,industrial enterprises,vocational colleges and universities and other major symbiosis units;there are various types of construction modes of municipal industry-education consortium,and symmetrical and reciprocal symbiosis and integrated symbiosis are the most ideal modes;and the symbiosis environment provides basic conditions for the construction of municipal industry-education consortium.In the actual construction process,municipal industry-education consortiums face challenges such as poor collaboration of symbiotic units,insufficiently ideal symbiotic modes,and weak construction of symbiotic environments,etc.It is recommended to promote the construction of municipal industry-education consortiums in a coordinated way by utilizing the guiding power of multiple subjects,improving the quality of collaboration among subjects,and enhancing social recognition and support.
