Fabrication of two-dimensional SnOx/Ga2O3 heterojunctions and optoelectronic performance of its detectors
摘要
Abstract
Ultraviolet photodetectors hold significant prospects for applications in astronomy,military,medicine,and other fields.The 2D SnOx/Ga2O3 heterojunction was fabricated by liquid metal transfer method.The 2D SnOx/Ga2O3 heterojunction ultraviolet detector was constructed.The optoelectronic performance of the 2D heterojunction ultraviolet detector was studied.The study results showed that the detector had good optoelectronic performance and potential application value.关键词
