Abstract

The cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave was used to destroy the cell structure of lacquer seed peel and accelerate the overflow of lacquer wax in the cells. In this paper, the extraction rate of lacquer wax was used as an index, and the process conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of lacquer wax were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the ultrasonic pretreatment of lacquer seed peel (ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃, ultrasonic time of 30 min, ultrasonic frequency of 30 kHz) could effectively improve the extraction rate of lacquer wax in lacquer seed peel. Using ethyl acetate as the entrainer, the extraction rate of lacquer wax from the lacquer seed peel of was 41.3% by the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology with extraction temperature of 60 ℃, extraction time of 120 min, extraction pressure of 40 Pa, and carbon dioxide flow rate of 30 L/h. Each index of the lacquer wax extracted by ultrasonic-assisted supercritical CO2 met the requirements of the quality index of food lacquer wax in Lacquer wax (GB/T 17526—2008) except for acid value.
