植物盐舔砖配方及加工工艺研究OA

Research on Formula and Processing Technology of Plant Salt Licking Bricks

本研究在参考国内外牛、羊饲养标准的基础上,设计以盐地碱蓬粉、马齿苋粉为原料的植物盐舔砖预混料配方,以期为研发新型舔砖提供参考.在实验室舔砖配方基础上,对舔砖原料配比及加工物理参数进行了优化,确定最佳配方及加工工艺,最终研制出了植物盐舔砖.结果表明,植物盐舔砖最佳配方及加工工艺为盐地碱蓬粉及马齿苋粉的适宜添加量不超过舔砖总重的20%、加工压力15~17 kg/cm2、物料熟化时间>40 min、选择3%α-淀粉作为黏合剂.

Based on the reference of domestic and foreign standards for cattle and sheep breeding, this study designed a premix formula for plant salt licking bricks by using Suaeda salsa powder and Portulaca oleracea L. powder as raw materials, in order to provide references for the development of new types of licking bricks. On the basis of the laboratory licking brick formula, the raw material ratio and processing physical parameters of the licking brick were optimized, and the optimal formula and processing technology were determined. Finally, the plant salt licking brick was developed. The results showed that the optimal formula and processing technology for plant salt licking bricks were as follows:the appropriate amount of Suaeda salsa powder and Portulaca oleracea L. powder added should not exceed 20% of the total weight of the licking bricks, the processing pressure was 15-17 kg/cm2, the material maturation time was above 40 minutes, and selected adhesive was 3% α-starch.
