22个冬小麦品种主要农艺性状相关性及聚类分析OA
Correlation Analysis and Cluster Analysis on Main Agronomic Traits of 22 Winter Wheat Varieties
为了科学合理利用小麦种质资源,达到改良小麦品种的目的,采用田间观察记载和室内考种相结合的方法,对22个冬小麦品种主要农艺性状进行相关性及聚类分析.结果表明:22个冬小麦品种可以划分为两个类群;产量与基本苗、最高茎蘖数、有效穗的相关系数分别为0.740、0.771、0.617,达到极显著水平,这3个因素对小麦产量起到关键作用,因而在品种选育过程中,可针对性选择不同类型种质资源进行杂交组合的配制.
In order to scientifically and reasonably utilize wheat germplasm resources and achieve the goal of improving wheat varieties,this study used a combination of field observation and indoor seed testing to conduct correlation analysis and cluster analysis on main agronomic traits of 22 winter wheat varieties. The results showed that 22 winter wheat varieties could be divided into two groups. The correlation coefficients between yield and basic seedlings,highest number of tillers and effective panicles were 0.740,0.771 and 0.617,respectively,reaching a highly significant level. These three factors played a key role in wheat yield. Therefore,in the process of variety selection,different types of germplasm resources could be selected for the formulation of hybrid combinations.
