MAS技术在大豆种质资源创制中的应用综述
Review on Application of MAS Technology in the Creation of Soybean Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
Molecular marker assistant selection breeding (MAS) technology utilizes the close linkage between molecular markers and target trait genes. By detecting molecular markers,the presence of target genes can be detected,achieving the goal of selecting target traits. The advantages of the technology were fast,accurate and not affected by environmental conditions. On the basis of summarizing the research progress of soybean breeding technology,this paper focused on the application of MAS technology in the creation of soybean germplasm,and looked forward to its develop-ment prospects,so as to provide references for promoting the development of soybean MAS technology.关键词
