Abstract

In order to promote the cultivation of taste tomatoes in production,this paper conducted a study on the effects of macroelement water-soluble fertilizer combined with bio-organic fertilizer on the quality and yield of taste tomatoes.The results showed that increasing the application of bio-organic fertilizer could improve the yield and quality of taste tomato;in a certain range,with the increase of macroelement water-soluble fertilizer application,the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugars and titratable acids in tomato fruit increased.The changes of VC and soluble protein contents in tomato fruit were irregular,and the yield of tomato showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Taking into consideration of the quality and yield of tomatoes,the recommended optimal fertilization plan was macroelement water-soluble fertilizer 30.6 g per plant+bio-organic fertilizer 100 g per plant.Under this fertilization plan,the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugars,titratable acids,VC and soluble proteins in tomato fruits were 8.19%,5.18%,1.28%,17.90 mg/100 g and 315.48 μg/g,respectively,and the tomato yield was 966.10 g per plant.
