基于线粒体D-loop区的4个团头鲂养殖群体遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis Based on D-loop Region of Mitochondrial DNA of 4 Farmed Megalobrama amblycephala Population

Abstract
In order to understand the status of germplasm resources of farmed Megalobrama amblycephala in Anhui Province,117 samples were collected from 4 farmed populations in different regions of Anhui Province.Based on the D-loop region of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)of the samples,the genetic diversity and population structure were analyzed.The results of genetic diversity analysis showed that total of 16 variable sites and 14 haplotypes were detected,haplotype diversity index ranged from 0.20 to 0.47,and nucleotide diversity index ranged from 0.000 22 to 0.002 24.The population structure analysis showed that there was a differentiation with varied degrees among 4 populations,the genetic divergence index ranged from-0.013 8 to 0.219 0.AMOVA analysis indicated that all variations were from individuals,and haplotype network showed that all populations were connected by Hap_2.In summary,the 4 populations may have experienced the founder effect,the loss of genetic diversity was serious,and there was a lack of differentiation among the populations.The genetic background of 4 M.amblycephala populations could provide references for the conservation and utilization of M.amblycephala in Anhui Province.关键词
