Abstract

Ecological forest plays an important role in improving forest coverage rate, regulating ecological functions, improving living envi-ronment and meeting the ecological needs of the people.Promoting the construction of ecological forest farm has practical significance for main-taining ecological balance and coordinating regional high-quality development and high-level protection.In order to improve the quality of eco-logical forest farm construction and ensure the sustainable development of ecological forest farm, it is necessary for the government to lead and all parties to participate in improving the ecological protection compensation policy and mechanism.Taking Dongying City of Shandong Prov-ince as an example, we discusses and explores the main problems existing in the construction of ecological protection compensation mechanism for ecological forest farms in areas with relatively poor site conditions by means of symposium interviews, questionnaire survey and field investi-gation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the current problems, so as to promote the ecological protection and sustainable management of ecological forest farms in Dongying City.It provides a reference for improving the ecological protection compensation mechanism.
