External Constraints and Policy Suggestions on the Growth of Young Agricultural S&T Talents
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the micro policy environment for the growth of young agricultural science and technology talents, this papaer designs a questionnaire including 6 dimensions such as evaluation mechanism, use mechanism, training mechanism and 27 subdivision indexes, analyzes the factors influencing young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth micro-environment, causes and the optimization path of young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth policy environment; on this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the external policy environment of talent growth from the level of government, work units and talents.关键词
