基于新安固本培元理论探讨痹证从脾肾论治特色
Discussing the Characteristics of Treatment of Bi Syndrome from the Spleen and Kidneys based on the Theory of Xin'an Guben Peiyuan

Abstract
The theory of Guben Peiyuan is an extremely important part of Xin'an medicine.Its main academic proposition is to nourish the vitality of the spleen and kidneys.Bi syndrome is a common clinical disease,which is of-ten difficult to treat.The core of the theory of Guben Peiyuan is highly consistent with the pathogenesis of Bi syndrome due to spleen and kidney deficiency and evil paralysis of the meridians.Clinical treatment focuses on the spleen and kidneys,emphasizing"regulating Qi and blood,strengthening the body and dispelling evil","strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,unblocking collaterals and removing paralysis","strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidneys,and seeking the root cause of the disease".Through the research on the characteristic theory and application of Xin'an Guben Peiyuan in the treatment of Bi syndrome,it provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of Bi syndrome in modern clinical practice with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
