基于固本培元理论探究中医药治疗虚性功能性便秘的临床特色
Exploring the Clinical Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Deficient Functional Constipation based on the Theory of Consolidating the Foundation and Cultivating the Element

Abstract
Virtual functional constipation is a common disease in internal medicine,and Chinese medicine has certain characteristics and advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Based on the theory of strengthen-ing the foundation,this paper explores the pathogenesis of virtual functional constipation from the perspective of spleen and kidney function.Under the guidance of the theory of strengthening the original,ancient and modern doctors paid attention to regulating qi and blood,supplementing the spleen and stomach of middle Jiao and taking into account the kidney element of lower jiao.Treatment on the multi-purpose prescription,Yu Tong in the supplement;Supplemented by acupuncture,complement each other;With the help of moxibustion,chronic diseases are eliminated.By combing the clinical experience of ancient doctors and combining modern clinical test cases,the clinical characteristics of TCM treatment of this disease were systematically sorted out to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.关键词
