基于生物力学角度探讨推拿手法对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用OA
To Explore the Therapeutic Effect of Massage Manipulation on Knee Osteoarthritis from a Biomechanical Perspective
目前认为膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的发生主要是由于关节软骨退行性改变导致,异常的关节应力是导致关节软骨退变的重要因素,那么从生物力学角度探讨KOA的发病机制具备了可能性.中医推拿手法治疗KOA具有良好效果,理筋与整复手法能够很好地调节膝关节周围经筋功能,改变膝关节的生物力学性能.然而目前对于从生物力学角度分析推拿治疗KOA的作用机制却少有报道,文章从维持膝关节稳定的生物力学机制入手,探讨推拿手法治疗KOA的作用机制,对临床治疗KOA以及KOA的预防提供新思路.
It is currently believed that the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is mainly caused by degenera-tive changes in articular cartilage.Abnormal joint stress is an important factor leading to articular cartilage degenera-tion.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the pathogenesis of KOA from a bio-mechanical perspective.possibility.TCM massage techniques have good effects in the treatment of KOA.Muscle management and rehabilitation techniques can well regulate the function of the meridians around the knee joint and change the bio-mechanical properties of the knee joint.However,there are currently few reports on the analysis of the mechanism of massage therapy for KOA from a bio-mechanical perspective.This article starts from the bio-mechanical mechanism of maintaining knee joint stability,explores the mechanism of massage therapy for KOA,and provides new insights into the clinical treatment of KOA and the prevention of KOA.ideas.
