基于生物力学角度探讨推拿手法对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用
To Explore the Therapeutic Effect of Massage Manipulation on Knee Osteoarthritis from a Biomechanical Perspective

Abstract
It is currently believed that the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is mainly caused by degenera-tive changes in articular cartilage.Abnormal joint stress is an important factor leading to articular cartilage degenera-tion.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the pathogenesis of KOA from a bio-mechanical perspective.possibility.TCM massage techniques have good effects in the treatment of KOA.Muscle management and rehabilitation techniques can well regulate the function of the meridians around the knee joint and change the bio-mechanical properties of the knee joint.However,there are currently few reports on the analysis of the mechanism of massage therapy for KOA from a bio-mechanical perspective.This article starts from the bio-mechanical mechanism of maintaining knee joint stability,explores the mechanism of massage therapy for KOA,and provides new insights into the clinical treatment of KOA and the prevention of KOA.ideas.关键词
